Most important for written translation is "accuracy" to be sure not to change or slant the original meaning. The Bible as it is the Word of God is a most important book to be translated and interpreted accurately.

Revelation 2:18 - 19

Interpretation helps the reader or listener to understand what is being said.  You want an interpreter to explain to you "accurately" what is being said in a way that you can best understand it but does not change the original meaning or giving his or her own opinion.

Matthew 4-7

Luke 22-25
